Jan Bancroft


Jan is the founder of Bancroft and has over 20 years experience in the real estate investment industry, working for the likes of Knight Frank, Spicer Haart and Assetz.

Having started her Property career through working for Media houses such as The Guardian Media Group, she gained invaluable relationships with developers nationally. Through her time with Knight Frank heading the Northwest division as an associate, she worked closely with the property industry liaising on media packages, launch packages and further in-depth involvement on interior design, marketing suits, internal specification and exit strategies, including forward purchasing of blocks across the country.

Jan gained extensive knowledge during the last recession, working with private banks and funders helping their portfolios by liaising with developers, planners, funders and construction firms, making sure the borrowers were able to complete their projects inline with their lending criteria.

David Morgan

Institutions & capital markets

David is an experienced corporate financier and real estate investment agent. Having started his career at the listed media company Wilmington Group, he was for many years a partner in Nathan Alexander, a London based placing agent and corporate broker. Since joining us in 2014, David has led our Institutional business.

David acts as adviser to a number of developers and has advised and arranged the sale of numerous residential developments to institutional investors and family offices. He also advises institutional funds on single purchases and portfolio assembly and has become a specialist in arranging joint ventures between developers and institutional funds.

David has extensive experience of raising equity and debt finance for developers and has helped numerous clients raise development debt finance and arrange new sources of equity.

Chris Neill


Chris spent many years at Knight Frank , leading the Residential Development Consultancy teams in the North West , acting for many leading developers and advising investment companies and institutional funds on a broad range of residential property deals

Set up and steered Base Estate Management , a residential block management company to over 3000 units under management before agreeing a sale and merger deal. The company was previously awarded the inaugural ARMA-Q award for best practice

Served as Chair of Arcon Housing Association , a registered housing provider , leading it firstly to G1 and V1 grading , the highest possible grading for both governance & financial viability and then through its merger with Bolton at Home and joining them as a Board Member.

Tom Roche

head of agency network

Tom is responsible for the overall performance of the organization’s Agency network. Tom’s role is to maximise business used through Bancroft’s extensive agency network, working closely with marketing affiliates, partnerships, and global network of sales professionals.

Tom keeps his finger on the market’s pulse feeding into the pricing and appraisal of new projects, positioning, brand creation and crucially, the successful timing and delivery of project sales and revenues. 

Before the property game, Tom was the Assistant Senior Clerk for one of the largest Barrister’s Chambers in the UK, using his transferable network skills across 4 North West branches 

Craig Jerram


Craig has always been involved in the property industry and has over 20 years’ experience.

Having started his career at Dixon Webb chartered surveyors dealing with all types of residential, commercial, land and rateable values he then spent many years working for Countrywide in various roles including a considerable time leading the sales and lettings divisions in different Regions, along with gaining valuable experience working closely with the Land & New Homes Division, Conveyancing, Financial Services, Auction department and Corporate Division selling for many high profile clients including lenders.

Craig’s vast experience and knowledge across all stages of the property process ensures that when working with his extensive database of developers of all sizes he is able to advise on the best route and options for exit available no matter what the build stage or project whilst ensuring the best advice possible is given.

Andrea Vickers


Andrea has been with the company for 25 years as Finance and HR Manager, supporting key business administration and implementing policies and procedures.

Focusing on key account reporting and process improvements Andrea brings a wealth of corporate management experience to Bancroft, having worked as Finance Manager for over 10 years with SAS Airlines.

Married with 2 daughters, Andrea enjoys family life, long haul travel and keeping fit.

Faith Bancroft


Faith has a real passion for property and prides herself on offering great customer services and achieving targeted goals which makes her perfect for the role. Faith’s role within Bancroft is to ensure a smooth purchase process and customer experience when transacting on new property deals.

Jordan Young


Jordan is one of our experienced investment consultants with a demonstrated history of working in the property industry. He typically works with high-net-worth individuals, building trusting and long-lasting relationships with his clients. Helping them to secure the most profitable and long-term property investments.

Chris Frank


Chris has a wealth of experience within the financial industry so is well placed to ensure informed advice is given to clients tailored to their needs and goals. He prides himself on great customer service and providing best advice to build long term relationships with clients 

Tina Pearce


With over 30 years in property and having worked for some of the largest businesses in the industry along with experiencing the various market changes over three decades Tina has a vast amount of experience to share both professionally and personally and is well placed to do what she loves, helping clients. 

With a passion for property and priding herself on being customer focused in everything she does Tina spends time to really understand a client before utilising her knowledge to offer a tailored solution to her clients helping them achieve their investment goals.

Amy Tytler


With a background of legal training and over 10 years previous experience of working within customer care and compliance, Amy’s role at Bancroft is ensure that each customer and their transaction is handled correctly and professionally. Amy has a huge amount of experience in the legalities and contractual procedures surrounding the property industry and is always on hand to provide a concise, unambiguous view.
