Bancroft has lead the property investment sector for 25 years

From as early as 1999 Bancroft were pre-negotiating carefully selected investment-grade buy-to-let property for private investors who wished to develop an investment business or portfolio, offering a wide range of investment opportunities including new-build, student, off-plan, resale and freehold property.

Through her experience and her contacts in the property industry our founder Jan Bancroft has expanded the business to now work alongside Developers, Land Buyers and institutional and capital markets, offering a bespoke service whereby we work closely with our clients to ascertain their need and provide that product in a discrete and professional manner.
